MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Membership Policy – Amongst Friends

This Membership Policy outlines the rules, responsibilities, and expectations for all members of Amongst Friends. By registering as a member and/or purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with the terms set out below.

1. Membership Overview

Membership is required to attend all Amongst Friends event. Our community is curated to ensure a high-quality, safe, and enjoyable experience for all attendees.

  • Membership is strictly personal and non-transferable.

  • All members must provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

  • The name on your membership must match your valid photo ID and any tickets purchased.

2. Eligibility & Application

  • Membership is subject to approval at the discretion of the organisers.

  • As part of the application process, you must provide accurate personal details, including full name, email, phone number, date of birth and social media information.

  • Failure to provide required information may result in your application not being accepted.

3. Ticketing Rules for Members

  • Membership grants access to purchase tickets for events.

  • Members are typically limited to one ticket per event unless stated otherwise.

  • Tickets:

    • Must not be purchased on behalf of non-members

    • Can only be transferred to another registered member

    • Are non-refundable and non-resalable

Important: Any guest attending must be a registered member at the time of ticket purchase. Failure to comply will result in refusal of entry.

4. Entry Requirements

  • Events are strictly members-only.

  • All guests must present:

    • A valid ticket

    • Valid photo ID matching the name on the membership and ticket

  • Events operate a strict 25+ policy.

5. Breach of Membership

We take the integrity of our community seriously.

Any breach of membership rules — including purchasing tickets for non-members — may result in:

  • Ticket cancellation without refund

  • Refusal of entry

  • Removal from the event

  • Suspension or permanent revocation of membership

6. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with GDPR (see our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle your data)

  • Information may be used for communication regarding events and updates

  • Data is stored securely and not shared unnecessarily

7. Updates to Policy

Nicky Slimting Events reserves the right to update this Membership Policy at any time. Continued membership constitutes acceptance of any updates.
